HSSI is one of the largest engineering consultancy firms in Malaysia and is part of HSS Engineers Berhad (HEB) which in turn is listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia (Malaysian stock exchange). It is the country's first and only listed entity providing engineering consultancy and project management services.

HSSI provides a full range of engineering services for a wide variety of projects including feasibility studies, preliminary and detailed engineering design, project management, independent checking engineers (ICE), construction supervision, construction management including building information modeling (BIM) services.

HSSI's inter-disciplinary expertise ensures that it can offer holistic engineering services to clients by way of close in-house coordination between the various departments; thus, providing a well-conceived and coordinated design or design reviews.
