Chairman’s Address

On behalf of MATRADE’s board of directors and staff, I would like to extend a warm welcome and greetings to our dear readers. As Malaysia’s national trade promotion agency under the Ministry of International Trade & Industry, our aim is to connect Malaysian suppliers, manufacturers and service providers to international buyers who are sourcing products and services.

Distribution of the Exclusive From Malaysia (EFM) magazine serves this purpose and more. This issue, with a deep focus on digitalisation & ICT, is indeed timely as it accentuates not just the importance of digitalising business processes but also how technology has improved our lives and, to some extent, a lifeline as the COVID-19 has accelerated digital transformation.
